'Tis the season for love and gratitude, Part 3

In this month filled with to-do lists, wish lists, grocery lists, checklists of all kinds, it's important to catch the small moments of serendipity to be found over the holidays. This month I've been given precious gifts of remembrance, generosity, and kindness, and I am so grateful -- I'd like to acknowledge them here all week, and offer a discount gift to you, too! You'll find it at the end of this post. :-)

The Gift: Collaboration, Connection, and the Logan Hardware Holiday Market -- Gina Schaefer, Ace Hardware DC

Oh, what fun I've had with Gina Schaefer, Marc Friedman, and their excellent, super supportive colleagues at Ace Hardware DC! They've been my friends for years, and I have had the opportunity to participate at Ace Hardware DC's Ladies Night...

...and to teach a collage workshop at Logan Hardware.

When I presented the idea of the Logan Hardware Holiday Market in December, Gina enthusiastically said "YES!" and a new holiday venue was born. All of the participating artists and artisans have had a wonderful time and received excellent exposure.

The last Logan Hardware Holiday Market will be held this Sunday, December 20. I am so thankful for Gina's generosity, for the opportunity to be here to sell my cards and prints, and to tell others about my small business -- thank you, Gina!

Tomorrow, I'll tell you about other precious gifts I've been given this month. In the meantime, here's a little shopping gift for you: a ten percent discount off anything in my online store. Just add the discount code TAKETEN at checkout -- it's good through December 31st.

I would love to know about gifts you've already received this month; please write to me at papertraveler [at] gmail [dot] com, and tell me your story. Have a beautiful day, dear friends!
