I combined business with pleasure when I traveled up to New York City earlier this month. In addition to seeing my lovely family and traipsing up and down the hills of Central Park, I was able to visit some of the stores that currently carry my collections.
I'd known about House of Cards & Curiosities for years and years, long before my days at PULP DC, around the same time that I found Hudson Street Papers (R.I.P., sweet store!) in its West Village days. House of Cards & Curiosities was one of the tiniest stores I'd ever seen, but it certainly packed a punch in the sheer volume of wonderful gifts stocked within. Tons of cards lined the walls. There were cute little gifts, day of the dead merchandise, and a nice selection of 2015 calendars. (Yes, it's that time of the year, lovely people -- buy your calendars now for the best selection!)
I was thrilled when they bought my cards! It's great to have Beverly Jones, Paper Traveler represented in New York.
House of Cards & Curiosities is located in the West Village; be sure to add it to your must-see list the next time you travel to the Big Apple!
